Lost Packages
In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost in transit, Cathleen's Boutique follows a clear policy in accordance with international shipping standards. Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the parcel's safe and timely delivery lies with the carrier. However, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we aim to support our customers wherever possible in resolving such situations.
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delayed significantly or declared lost by the carrier, customers must notify our customer service team within 30 days of the shipping confirmation. We will then contact the carrier to confirm the parcel’s status.
In confirmed cases of loss during transit, Cathleen's Boutique will provide a one-time replacement of the original item(s), free of charge. Please note that we do not issue refunds for lost parcels, as the loss occurs after dispatch and is the responsibility of the external shipping service.
